This site, expatphyle.com, is run by Tain Nix under the name Expat Phyles. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name and email address when you buy something, join the email list, or book a strategy call.
• Payments: handled by Stripe and ThriveCart. They process your card... we never see or store your card number.
• Bookings: strategy calls are scheduled through Calendly.
• Email: our list runs on Kit (formerly ConvertKit).
• Browsing data: this site uses cookies and tracking pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and X (Twitter). They record things like which pages you visit and whether you made a purchase.

Why we collect it

• To deliver what you bought and send you the emails you signed up for.
• To answer your questions and run your strategy call.
• To measure which ads and pages work, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested.

We don't sell your personal information to anyone.

Your choices

• Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
• You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and X account settings.
• Want to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you? Email Tain@expatphyles.com and we'll take care of it.
